Directions
- Cut the yellow baby potatoes in half and add them to a baking dish. Use a 9×9-inch baking dish or any similar size you prefer.
- Add salt and pepper to taste, then drizzle with olive oil. Mix everything together. In one corner of the dish, push the potatoes aside slightly with a spoon and pour in the water.
- While the potatoes roast, finely chop the garlic and fresh dill. As soon as the potatoes come out of the oven and are sizzling hot, immediately add the garlic and dill, then mix well.
