This mouthwatering roasted dill potatoes recipe offers a delightful side dish with unique flavors. My method guarantees tender potatoes with a beautifully crisp, golden skin by adding just a splash of water to the roasting pan.

Ingredients
This recipe was originally designed to yield 4 servings. While ingredient amounts automatically adjust, cooking times and steps remain consistent. Note that scaling might not always be perfect.
Directions
- Slice the yellow baby potatoes in half and place them in a baking dish. While I prefer a 9×9-inch dish, feel free to use any size you have.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste, then drizzle with olive oil. Stir to coat the potatoes evenly. Push the potatoes slightly to one corner, and pour the water into the dish.
- While the potatoes roast, finely chop the garlic and fresh dill. As soon as the potatoes are hot out of the oven, add the garlic and dill immediately and mix thoroughly.
