Ingredients
This recipe has been developed to yield four servings at its original size. While ingredient amounts can be adjusted as needed, the cooking times and directions remain constant to ensure optimal results.
Directions
- Begin by halving the yellow baby potatoes and placing them in a baking dish. I opted for a 9×9-inch dish, but feel free to use any size you prefer.
- Season the potatoes with salt and pepper to your taste, then drizzle olive oil over them. Stir to combine. Push the potatoes to one side of the dish with a spoon and pour in a small amount of water in the cleared area.
- While the potatoes are roasting, finely chop the garlic and fresh dill. As soon as the potatoes emerge from the oven, sizzling hot, add the garlic and dill immediately and mix thoroughly.
